Cloud Sites - SAT1 | PHP 5-4 | On Line

At approximately 1:45PM CST, The Rackspace Cloud engineers identified an issue with PHP 5-4 in our SAT1 Data Center, and are actively investigating this issue.   This cluster is currently running in a degraded state.  Updates to this issue will be posted as they become available.

UPDATE - As of 2:07PM, this issue has been resolved.

Cloud Sites | DFW | MySQL Maintenance | April 7, 01:30 AM CDT to 04:30 AM CDT | Completed

Rackspace Cloud system engineers will be completing a hardware maintenance to MySQL servers in our DFW (Dallas Fort Worth) data center. This maintenance will occur on April 7th 2010 from 01:30 AM CDT to 04:30 AM CDT. During the maintenance window the database clusters listed below will experience a period of 15 - 30 minutes in which they will be in a Read-Lock mode. While in Read-Lock INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, ALTER queries will be ignored.

Update: As of 2:30 AM CST the maintenance is complete.
